How we write
How every article earns its place
Written like a newsroom: a writer, a sub-editor, and a scorecard every article must pass before you ever see it. Here is the whole process, honestly explained.
1
The moment you connect your site, we crawl it politely and build a working understanding of your business: what you sell, who you sell it to, the topics you have genuine authority on, and the specific expertise and real examples a generic writer would never know. No article is ever written from a blank page or a keyword alone.
2
Every article starts as a structured brief: the searcher’s intent, the angle that beats generic coverage, the expert insights this exact piece must make, and a title that promises only what the article will deliver. If the title says seven, the plan contains seven. No “scored” or “tested” claims we cannot honestly stand behind.
And the plan is made against the live Google UK top 10 for the keyword: match the intent Google is rewarding, cover the table stakes every ranking page covers, and take the angle none of them has taken.
3
The draft follows the standard operating procedure of a leading UK SEO agency, and it is written in your brand’s own voice, learned forensically from your site’s own pages and documents. Two rules are absolute: no AI tells, and no number without a real source. If a figure has no verifiable source, it is cut and the point made honestly.
4
Every newsroom has sub-editors, because every writer makes mistakes. Ours is built in. Before a draft ever reaches you, a sceptical editorial pass hunts the errors that embarrass a business:
Headline honesty: every promise in a title or heading, a count, “with costs”, “compared”, must be literally delivered
No invented evidence: “we tested” claims, precise scores with no method, statistics with no named source
Nothing unsafe: advice that could get a reader hurt, fined or breaking the law never survives the check
No contradictions, no stale facts: volatile claims are dated or hedged, and the article must agree with itself
5
The draft is then revised until it passes the very scorecards you see on every article: an SEO Score against real ranking factors, and a Content Integrity Score asking a harder question: would a human expert put their name on this? When the two conflict, integrity wins, and the card tells you why. Anything failing goes back for correction, never propped up with fake sources.
6
Published with structured data, branded imagery and ready-to-post social copy, on a cadence that ramps the way a real content operation would. A note above every article tells you what the sub-editor caught, and a one-click deep editorial audit puts the whole piece in front of a sceptical senior-editor AI whenever you want a second opinion.
Then we watch the rankings: every Monday we check where your site actually ranks on Google UK for each targeted keyword and chart the movement, closing the loop from keyword chosen to article written to position climbing.
No keyword stuffing. Density targets died years ago; we write for readers first.
No invented facts. If we cannot verify it, it does not go in your article under your name.
No link schemes, ever. No backlink exchanges, no private blog networks: practices that put your domain at risk.
No mass-produced thin content. Publishing a hundred hollow posts teaches Google to ignore you.
Need a new website too?
We also design and develop websites for SMEs that need a stronger digital foundation for their content, search visibility and wider online presence. It is a separate service, not part of the plans above.
