AI writing goes wrong when it guesses. The Knowledge Library removes the guessing: what you upload becomes the approved material for everything written about your business.
What It Is
Each website has a Library where you upload PDFs and text: product sheets, service guides, case studies, pricing notes, the statistics you are allowed to quote. The text is extracted and indexed. When an article is planned, the passages relevant to that topic are chosen and handed to the writer as approved material, alongside the short “anything else we should know” notes you can add at any time.
The same material feeds the weekly social plan and every Post Pack, so a post about your service quotes your figures, not something invented.
Why It Matters
A single made-up statistic can undo an otherwise excellent article, and readers in regulated sectors notice. Every article is checked before you see it: any figure without a source is a blocking issue, and the fix is a real attribution or cutting the number, never an invented citation.
Giving the writer your own documents is what makes that check pass naturally. The article can be specific and confident because it is quoting you.
How It Works in Awareness Marketing
Upload once, use everywhere
Drop in PDFs or paste text on the website’s Library page. Each document is read once and indexed. You can add, replace or remove documents whenever your offer changes, and add short business notes without a document at all.
The right passages for each piece
When a brief is written, the passages that relate to its topic are selected and passed in as approved material, sized to the job: more for a long article, less for a social post. The writer is told these are the only business facts it may use beyond your website.
Every figure checked against a source
The pre-flight check reads every draft for numbers and claims. A figure from your Library counts as sourced. A figure from nowhere is blocking: it is attributed to a real source or removed before the article reaches you, and an article that still cannot be fixed is held as a draft rather than published.
