Answers that say “Search Console is connected”, not “if Search Console is connected”.
Most help pages describe a product in general. Ours describe yours: which CMS you use, what is connected, what your plan includes, and what to do next in your situation.
What It Is
Every website in Awareness Marketing has a Help & FAQ tab. It holds more than a hundred questions across twelve topics, from getting set up and choosing content to publishing, images, social channels and what the scores mean. Answers are written in plain English and many of them adapt to your own website, so the answer about publishing names your CMS and the answer about Google data tells you whether it is already connected.
The scores, the publishing controls and the image tools link straight to the relevant answer, so help is one click from wherever the question came up.
Why It Matters
Small teams do not have time to read documentation or wait on a ticket queue. A question that stays unanswered becomes a feature that never gets used, or a plan that quietly stops running.
Answers that are specific to your setup, found in a couple of words, keep you moving. And when the answer is not there, asking a person should take one click, not a hunt for an email address.
How It Works in Awareness Marketing
Search that understands what you mean
Type a few words, misspell them, or phrase it as a problem (“why isn’t it publishing”) and the right questions come up. Six popular questions are always one click away, and every answer opens in place with related questions beside it.
Answers that read your own website
Answers are built from your plan, your content mode, your CMS and its last error, your social channels and whether each is connected, and your Google connection. A connected website reads “Search Console is connected”; a website on a plan without a feature is told so and what plan includes it.
Ask a person, with the context attached
If the answer is not there, Ask support opens a short form. Write your question, attach a screenshot if you like, and send. Your account, website, page, what you searched for and the state of your connections travel with it, so nobody has to ask you for them.
Who It’s For
Every customer. It is where a first-time user learns the product and where an experienced one checks a detail without leaving the page they are on.
The Help & FAQ centre is included on every plan. See what each plan includes.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Help Centre Included on Every Plan?
Yes. Every website on every plan has its own Help & FAQ tab, with answers written against the plan you are on.
How Do the Answers Know My Setup?
They read the same things the product does: your plan, content mode, CMS connection, social channels, Google connection and crawl. Nothing extra is collected to make them work.
What If My Question Is Not Answered?
Press Ask support. Your message goes straight to the team with your website, page and connection state attached, so the reply can be specific first time.
Can I Search in My Own Words?
Yes. The search matches on meaning, tolerates misspellings and understands questions phrased as problems, and it highlights the words it matched.
Does It Cover Every Part of the Product?
Twelve topics and more than a hundred questions cover setup, choosing and approving content, publishing, images, social channels, Google data, scores, credits and billing. New questions are added as the product grows.
