Campaigns
Point a share of your weekly articles and social posts at one launch, offer or event for a set time. Every campaign piece is written on message and links to the page you sell from, and the rest of your plan keeps running.

✓ Scale
A 4-week launch at 50%: half of each week goes to the campaign, half stays always-on.
The weekly plan is good at the long game: steady articles and posts on what your customers search for. A launch is different. For a few weeks you want the content to point at one thing. A campaign lets you say so, and the planner does the rest.
What It Is
A campaign is a brief for a period. You give it a name, an objective, the page you sell from, a primary keyword and some secondary ones, the key messages and the call to action. Then you choose the dates and how much of each week it takes: 0 to 100% of the articles and 0 to 100% of the original social posts.
It never adds content; it redirects it. Before you launch you see the weeks: a 4-week campaign at 50% on a website that makes five articles a week gets ten articles and leaves ten for the normal plan. Preset lengths run from one week to six months, or ongoing until you stop it.
Why It Matters
Most content tools have no idea you are launching something. They keep writing evergreen pieces while the one page that matters this month gets nothing. A campaign puts the launch at the centre of the plan for exactly as long as you choose, without you touching the rest.
Every campaign article carries the campaign’s messages where they fit, targets one of its keywords (never one your website already covers) and links to the page you sell from at least once. That is what turns a burst of articles into a launch.
How It Works in Awareness Marketing
Set it up in a few minutes
Name it, choose a type (a product launch, a seasonal offer, an event and so on, each with a sensible shape and approval), give it the page and keywords, and set the share with two sliders. The week-by-week table updates as you move them.
The planner works around it
On an Auto website the campaign’s pieces are written first each week, then the rest of the week is planned as normal. On an Expert website they appear in your weekly pool, labelled, and the always-on ideas shrink to match. Every campaign piece shows a coloured label on This Week and in the Calendar.
Shape, pause and change
A launch burst front-loads the first two weeks; build to deadline rises towards an end date; steady spreads it evenly. The total stays the same. Pause returns future slots to the normal plan, End now finishes early, and any change applies from the next week that has not been planned yet. Nothing already written is touched.
Who It’s For
Any business with something to launch, sell harder or announce: a new product or range, a seasonal offer, an event, a service you want more of. Agencies run them per client website.
Campaigns are included from the Growth plan: two at once on a website on Growth, three per website on Scale, and as agreed on Agency. See what each plan includes.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Campaign Give Me More Content?
No. It points the content you already get at one thing. If you want more each week, raise the weekly number in Settings (up to your plan’s allowance) or move up a plan.
What If I Run Two Campaigns at Once?
You can, up to your plan’s limit, as long as their shares add up to no more than 100% of a channel in any week they overlap. The form tells you if they would.
What Happens to the Rest of My Plan?
It carries on with whatever share is left. At 100% the normal plan pauses on that channel for the campaign’s duration and refresh suggestions wait until capacity frees up.
Can I Change a Campaign After It Starts?
Yes. Change the share, the shape, the end date, the keywords or the messages at any time. Changes apply from the next week that has not been planned yet, and nothing already written is altered.
Which Plans Include It?
Growth, Scale and Agency. Starter websites see the Campaigns page with a calculator on their own numbers, so they can see what a campaign would give them before deciding.
